Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from Hokkaido, Japan. We take great care in packaging collectible media to ensure it arrives safely.

1. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free Worldwide)
• Carrier: Japan Post
• Handling Time: Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays).
• Estimated Delivery: Approximately 10 to 21 days after shipment.

Express Shipping (+$15.00 USD)
• Carrier: EMS (Japan Post) or Yamato International TA-Q-BIN
• Handling Time: Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays).
• Estimated Delivery: Approximately 5 to 14 days after shipment.
• Please Note: Depending on the destination, Yamato International TA-Q-BIN may be delivered by UPS or other local partner carriers. We will select the most appropriate shipping method based on the destination, package size, and weight. We are unable to accept requests for a specific carrier.

2. Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

3. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges

• Import duties, taxes, and any other customs-related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before purchasing.
• We do not undervalue merchandise or mark items as “gifts,” as this violates applicable regulations.

4. Delivery Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures, flight availability, severe weather, or local delivery circumstances in your country.
